About me- I’m a working professional looking for responsible roommates who pay rent on time and will take care of my home. The photos you see are examples of the level of cleanliness expected. If you think that would be challenging for you to maintain the shared common areas this way then you might not be the right applicant. There’s a cleaning crew that comes triweekly and the cost is split amongst 3 people. There is also a hypoallergenic dog that lives here. She is 6 lbs maltipom and is held to the same standard of cleanliness. She’s a big cuddle bug and her favorite things are fetch, walks, green beans and edamame.

PETS-If you have a pet let’s talk(Except cats, very allergic). I’m not opposed to it and willing to consider for the right person.
