George's room

Room for rent. Available on June 1st. Looking for someone that is available for a 6-month lease with the possibility of a longer lease if all goes well. There will be two other roommates at the house. No more pets unfortunately already a dog at the property. Large back yard. The room is unfurnished as well as the majority of the house. Feel free to make this place feel like home while being respectful to the two other roommates. I also live here as well but mostly stay at my girlfriend’s place. The house is right off of highway 85 so easy for commuting. The house is a 5-minute drive from the UNC main campus and is a 15-minute drive from Aims community college. House is near discovery bay (a local swimming pool).

One other male (24) in the house so two rooms available still. Your room would but upstairs.
