Duplex with street parking close to Douglas and hillside. The apartment is on the top floor and not wheelchair accessible. It’s within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants, and bars. We each will have our own bathrooms. Rent for the room will be 500 plus utilities.

I’m a 36 yr old woman with two large dogs. I’m 420 friendly and will never have enough plants. In my free time I like to tend to my plants, workout, play ukulele or guitar, cook, read, or art.
