Important: The bedroom (2 rooms are available now, each room rental cost is 750$/month) with shared bathroom on the 2nd floor(other 2 female tenants lives upstairs at other rooms) , there is a large sharing entertainment room, and a gym room for anyone need to do exercises, providing the trail machine and relaxing machine inside. The bedroom and restroom are spacious as well. All quite easy going to live together, simple and sweet. Bills included. The kitchen, dinning room, washer and dryer are shared. I am a single lady, and works for marketing, and I have 2 young, friendly and sweet puppies and one kitten, and we live downstairs, it is a beautiful and quiet house for living, my puppies are adorable, socialized and quite sweet, don’t bark a lot at daylight (for sleeping evening time, no bark and everyone enjoy and relaxing sleeping time), and when you live here, you will love them as well. . Stay here feel warm and happy, we are looking for easy going and kind single lady only for everything will go easy and convenient for all of us.
