3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, 2 door garage, kitchen, dining room, laundry room with washer and dryer, vaulted ceiling livingroom with skylights….. sorry but I’m in the master bedroom with its own bathroom. Leaving 2 bedrooms empty and the bathroom. I’m asking for…. $500 with no more than 2 pets( well trained) or $400 without pets. I’m willing to negotiate the price if needed. I do have outside pics. But no inside pics I will post them when I have them available. Prefer female because they tend to be cleaner and more respectful. And I just get along better with them.

I’m a 35 yr old single male. I’m nice, laid back, clean, and respectful. It will just be me and occasionally my son there at the house no pets. I do smoke, but not inside.
