Up for rent is a room in a beautiful, newer construction home in Fort Worth.

Enjoy golf course views all year long. It will feel like living on a resort!

Conveniently located <5 mins from 35W and 820, the location could not be any more perfect. I currently own and live in this home with my cat. Your room would be on the other side of the house with your own full bathroom. The room is a nice size, approx. 12x11 with a closet and a pretty large window. This neighborhood is pretty quiet with only local traffic.

All utilities are included with the monthly rate for easy billing.

Few things to note: • Shared, in house washer and drier • Beautiful golf course views all year long • Natural Gas grill available • Your own full bathroom • Common areas, such as patio, kitchen, living, and dining rooms are shared • Garage and driveway are not shared – street parking only • You should be someone that enjoys a very clean living space • I like to keep the temp around 72 degrees all year long. If you’re the type to prefer 60s, it might not be a good fit • I am 100% NOT 420 friendly • No smoking of any kind in or on the property • No overnight guests without prior permission at least 3 days notice • Quiet hours in effect • I don’t pay for a cleaning service as I do all cleanings myself. If you are not willing to contribute to normal, regular cleaning, this will not be a good fit • No pets on the property no matter how big or small for any amount of time
