I have a 3 bedroom apartment on the bottom floor. I have a parking spot right in front of the apartment I can share unless you rent a garage. I am on disability and working. I keep to myself in my bedroom or I am out hiking or working. It is very spacious and worth looking into. You would have your own bathroom and bedroom. I have two chihuahuas that are 3 and 14 years old. I keep the place tidy and I pay my bills on time. I’m clean and very easy to live with. I’m looking to rent to someone who is responsible and gainfully employed. It will be available July 1st. I am located in Everett off of exit 186. I am in walking distance to bus stops, grocery store, fast food places and even a dollar store. There is a Walmart just 5 minutes away. The location is ideal since the freeway is a few minutes away.
