-Room info- I have one bedroom available in a lovely 3-bed 2-bath home in Midtown Fort Collins. The house is a split level, so you would be sharing a bathroom and floor with just one other roommate upstairs.

-House Info- Located in college heights, the house is about a 20-min bike ride from old town, 15-min to CSU, and a walk to Sprouts and many other grocery stores and shopping. The house has a kitchen, dining room, living room, large backyard, guest room, and common living room with a fireplace. Cleanliness is a must in common areas to create a welcoming space for all.

-Culture- I am a young ~20 something professional. I love to live with folks who value respect and space for others, but also very open to having a fun and friendly relationships with roommates. Above all, I try to be a strong and direct communicator. I value and respect all cultures and identify as LGBTQ. The home is peaceful day to day and open to social events when the time is right! Because of the pandemic, I want to establish some rules with roommates about how we agree to stay healthy and sane during covid-19.

-Lease term- 12-months. June 1st 2022-May 31st 2023, with an opportunity to stay longer. Deposit is one month’s rent. All utilities are split evenly between everyone. This includes internet, electric, and water.

-Pets- While not encouraged, one small pet is welcome for $25 extra a month. The tenant is responsible for extra pet cleaning of fur etc. to maintain a clean space.
