Hello everyone! I’m looking for a roommate starting July 1st. It’s a 1050sqft apartment in an apartment building located in East Falls, near Manayunk. The rent is $700 per person and $25 for water. The electric bill is typically about $20 per person. The room up for rent is very spacious and has a private bathroom. Maintenance is also very responsive.
