Great house in the center of west Asheville in walking distance to everything. 3 bedroom house but only renting out one room. Only looking for a male roommate due to not so good experiences in the past. Sorry.

I like to keep things clean and tidy. Don’t care if you smoke either/or just as long as it’s outside. This is a month to month situation that way no one is obligated to stay if they choose not to. Any other questions feel free to ask :)
