UPDATE Current roommate is extending stay on a month to month basis with expected room availability to now 1/1/23. Unfortunately since I have posted this ad, the community has raised our rent SIGNIFICANTLY because of inflation, so we have had to raise the rent for this room from $1000 to $1300/mo. I apologize for not being able to get back to everyone timely. A lot of people have reached out not acknowledging the availability date. As of now, the current availability is 1/1/23.
You will have your own room with a large closet in a 2BR 2BA apartment. The 2nd bathroom will for the most part be yours but when guests come over they will have access with the exception of your shower. In unit washer/dryer, central air/heat, balcony, etc. We have cats and dog so you will have to be comfortable with pets. Open to discussing a pet if you have one. Community has pool/gym/grills/dog park, etc. Further details can be discussed.
Young couple. He likes to spend a lot of time at home and play video games. She enjoys watching tv shows and going out with friends. She also works mostly from home. He is a smoker but no smoking in the apartment. She is bubbly and social, he is typically more shy until he gets to know you.
