Married couple with one child. 4 bed / 4 bath home and we only currently use 2 of the rooms. Very quiet, homebodies and keep to ourselves. Looking for a quiet roommate. Absolutely zero partying, drugs or excessive alcohol. Must pass background check, have at least two solid references and proof of at least 3 months of income. No pets. Military preferred.
