Hey, I’m looking for someone to take over my lease anytime after June 7th! The lease ends on July 31st. The room is a shared room and a shared bathroom. The building is in a super convenient location with lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Waikiki Beach and Downtown Honolulu are easily accesible by bus. There is also a gym and a rooftop terrace available to all residents. The security deposit is only $800 if you don’t have a guarantor otherwise you won’t have to pay it.
