This house is in a quiet neighborhood in Roseville just a few minutes from stores, Trader Joe’s!, I-80, and a cute walking trail. You’ll be renting a non-furnished bedroom with a good sized closet and will have access to garage storage space. You will also have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
