NOT AVAILABLE. Hello! I have a double room open in One Mosaic from this summer through the upcoming school year. To clarify, the lease expires June next year. The apartment complex is super nice and has a pool, also I already have partially furnished the living room. The rooms are spacious and there is one bathroom per double room. So if you take over the double, you would share a bathroom but you would get your own sink. The rooms feature a long sliding mirror with a good amount of closet space. There is a desk built into each room and 2 huge cabinets with drawers built into either side of he double on the bedroom wall. All of the apartments are newly renovated so everything works properly and looks modern. Let me know if you want pics of my room. All my stuff is in it but I can give you a general overview of what your room would look like

Hey! My name is Mia and I’m a UCSB student. As a roomate, I’m chill and clean. I love meeting new people and am generally just happy I get to live a dope life in IV by the beach. I am the typa person that stays up till around 2am, but I am mindful of the noise I make when I have roomates that turn their lights out early. I don’t have people over often as I prefer to go out and explore on the weekends, then grind on the weekdays. I am easy to live with as I basically just do my dishes, study, then go out on the weekends! I’m looking for roomates that are clean people and are chillers. If you are a kind person, do your dishes, and don’t frequently party in the apartment on weekdays, I’m pretty much sold! I luv my people from the LGBTQ community, if you smoke i’m cool with that, and cats are cute if u have one. Feel free to introduce yourself and we can go from there <3
