All utilities included! This private basement is almost 600sqft with its own full bath! It comes unfurnished but has a gas fireplace to keep you warm all winter. There is a lock and key door at the top of the stairs.

You also have everything you could possibly need with a mile radius (grocery stores, parks, restaurants, brewery’s, local shops, bus stop and SO much more)! The current photos are with the white and black wall color Upon signing the lease we ask for a security deposit ($800) and upon move-in ask for the first and last month’s rent ($1250).

There are currently 3 girls, all in our 20’s. We are all young professionals and/ or college students and very friendly people with a good mix of outgoing/ introverted personality’s and early birds/ night owls! We really value respawns good communication as this is our HOME :) Additionally, this is the home of a very friendly 45lb GSD mix named Ivy.
