Included in the price is use of all the (furnished) common area space, washer/ dryer (brand new), private parking, extra storage in garage, snow removal/mowing services, and bi-weekly cleaning services for all common area space and bathrooms (YES cleaning service is included in the price!!). Expenses not included in the listed price: Wifi & electricity/gas (which will be split by all roomies equally). Smallest room (which isn’t too small) is $1000, medium room is $1,150, and largest room is $1300. Additionally the location of this place is unmatched! Situated just a 5 minute walk from 80th st park and around the corner from local shops, restaurants, and public transportation (~20 minutes to NYC). Increíble!!

Searching for responsible, clean, and organized roommates. Keeping the price very reasonable and in return, expect for people to take care of the place as if it were their own. No smoking of any kind allowed, no pets, and no house parties. Background check required and in addition to signing the lease, must sign a roommate agreement.
