Makayla's room

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is in the middle of Scottsdale, less than 10 minutes from old town. It is fully furnished and very welcoming to all. This is a perfect house for anyone who is currently attending school as it is very close to Scottsdale Community College and ASU. All of the utilities are included in the rent cost so it is a flat rate every month. Some house amenities include: newly restored bathtub, fully repainted on the inside in the last 3 months, in-house washer and dryer, new ac unit and a large grass backyard. There is currently a medium sized dog and a cat living here and that is all the pets that will be permitted. No pets are allowed.

Currently there are two 21 year old girls living at the house and we are looking for another girl in that similar age range.
