Room for Rent

Hello, I just purchased a home in Downtown Clayton and I have 1 room available to rent. It is a lovely two story home with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A fully furnished living room and kitchen, brand new flooring, paint job, and there is a washer and dryer within the home. Along with a beautiful, spacious, and fenced backyard with a nice patio and propane grill. The house also includes free Hulu, Amazon prime, Netflix and HBO.

Rent will be $ 730 a month including high speed internet. All utilities will be split in three ways amongst all roommates. The security deposit is $300. Looking for someone to move in ASAP.

Just a simply 27 year old engineer who loves to travel and play video games. I keep to myself and pretty easy going.
