Looking for a roommate to move into my Hollywood apartment’s Master Bedroom. Rent is $1500 plus 1/2 utilities and comes with own spacious master bedroom, private bath, shared living room and kitchen. Your wing of the apartment would pretty much be an apartment within itself it is that big. Your room has two walk in closets and 3 nice windows. Laundry on site as well as gym! Off street parking is possibly available. Hard wood floors with brick facade in each room. I will get pics up soon or send to the right candidate. We are located on the 4th floor of a historic apartment building on Yucca street (A NEW COMPANY BOUGHT THE BUILDING AND HAVE COMPLETELY RENOVATED IT). Close to EVERYTHING. I don’t have a car and literally walk anywhere I need to go. I am a 30 year old professional working at a local restaurant to take care of bills while pursuing music production / acting / photography.
