Hi there! My roommates Rawan, Skylar, and I are currently looking for someone to fill a room in our apartment from June until the end of the year. The room is private and quiet and has a walk in closet, the bathroom is shared with Rawan and myself but is spacious and split (meaning the toilet is in a separate room). The room is about 110 square feet and completely private. The apartment as a whole is large and bright with a huge living room, foyer, and kitchen. We also have a big backyard and an enclosed porch. It’s in a very safe quiet neighborhood and about a 15 minute walk to USF and a 5 minute walk to multiple bus lines (5, 31, 33, 38). Also 5 minutes away from Geary so there’s lots of food/shopping/entertainment places close by.

Also Skylar is considering moving out so a second larger room with a private bathroom might be opening up if anyone is interested (rent for this one would be around 1400)

All 3 of us are super friendly and sociable. We love hanging out/ drinking/ cooking all together and would love someone who likes this too. We aren’t the quietist honestly so if you go to sleep really early or are sensitive to talking/music this might not be the place for you. In general on school nights we’re quiet by 12 and start getting up around 7/8 though because we are all students. Rawan and I go to USF and skylar goes to State. Overall, we get along with most people and would love to have a friend and also a roommate!
