Hello! My name is Brenda, I am a student at Georgia State University. My lease ends in July, but I need to move out due to some circumstances. I am looking for someone to take over my lease and you are more than welcome to renew the lease for the low!! The rent is really cheap!! This unit, you will be sharing with the place with 3 other roommates. The unit is a 4x2. Therefore, you will be sharing the bathroom with someone. The kitchen, living room and laundry room is also what you will be sharing. But the roommates don’t even leave their rooms, therefore it makes the place seem quiet and peaceful because all of them are also Georgia State students and study. Everyone in the unit is very nice and minds their business. None of the roommates are a bother I promise! I am looking for someone is who serious about moving in within the next couple weeks and is okay in filling the apartment complex application along with the background check!
