North Armenia Avenue

Property is very good about visitor spaces for cars. Never seen or heard about a car getting towed. Seems to be an issue with a lot of other complexes except this one. The apartment has 3 pools and the room looks out into the pond area. It’s a one bedroom apartment that’s fully furnished with Ashley furniture couch and king sized bed, mounted 53 inch tv, with internet and full kitchen supplies. I plan on moving out after the lease but starting to move out now so I want someone to cover the rent until the lease ends which is about 6-9 months. If interested I’ll give exact dates so you can work out around that.

Must be clean and respectful of the furnished goods since everything is brand new I expect it to be that way for years. The only thing you will need to bring is yourself and your belongings so it would be an easy transition in. I have a walk in closet and a storage unit in the apartment. I do require $2,000 a month because everything is brand new and set up for you.
