All female house looking for a clean, responsible, and respectful female to take over a lease (lease is through 12-31-22) for a private bedroom starting June 1st. The house is super clean and bedroom is a good size. Rent is $600 a month and utilities (power, gas, and internet) are split 3-way. The security deposit is $600. This is not a pet friendly house. You will be living with 2 other female occupants. There are plenty of common areas, lots of storage, washer and dryer in apartment, shared garage, and a quaint backyard. There are 2 baths, both kept in clean conditions. The apartment is in a great location, just a few minutes away from the freeway entrance. Must pass background and credit check.

You’ll be living with two other quiet, clean, and respectful females. Both are in their 20s and like to keep to themselves.
