My property is in Greece, NY. I just bought it last year so it is a work in progress. There is onsite: parking, laundry, two fridges, Greenlight internet 500mb/s and a possibility for hiring a house cleaner if there are two roommates.

My bedroom is downstairs with my own bathroom. Whoever rooms with me will have one of the two upstairs bedrooms and possibly share the upstairs bathroom with another roommate. Locks can be provided for privacy.

I’m around the corner from a Wegmans (supermarket for those from out of town), a gas station, a bunch of restaurants/ bars, gyms, a mall, a beautiful trail along the Genesee River, Charlotte Beach parks and lots of other things your heart may desire.

I am a heterosexual male with conservative values looking for 2 roommates. I have a well trained pup named Linkoln. I work crazy hours (60+ hours per week) as a salesperson so Im in and out frequently. I am quiet, have a small circle and don’t have people at my house frequently. I don’t mind people having friends over so long as they are not rowdy and the house is quiet after 10pm.

I’m looking for two heterosexual male roommates or two heterosexual female roommates. This makes it easy because I will give people their privacy and I don’t want any drama or bad situations between roommates.
