About the room
Everything but what is included in the rent automatically by the leasing office (trash, sewage, water) will be covered. Only rent will be halved. This will be for my second bedroom (empty) and we will have to share a bathroom. I have most of my own furniture in the rest of the apartment but we can also communicate about additional furniture if needed.
About the roomies
It’s just me and my 2 furbabies. I have 1 cat and 1 dog. Yasha, my cat, is 1 year old and deaf. He is very sweet and loving… but he IS white so I have to vacuum/dust a lot lol. Max is a 7 year old dachshund rescue. He is dog reactive and sensitive to boundaries so I always ease people into meeting him. But once he gets used to you, he’ll love you. I am 25 working full-time and going to trade school 1 day a week. I work overnights so I will be sleeping during the day for the most part. I am also a gamer.
