About the room
I have a one bedroom & bathroom available to rent in the apartment community I live in. Roommate will share the kitchen, washer & dryer. Rent is due on the first of each month, no exceptions. I would be in the other bdr/bathroom. This small apt doesn’t have storage. However, there are storage unit to rent close by.
About the roomies
I am a 60 year old christian female. I am easy to get along with. I am a private person and will respect your privacy as well. This is a very small apt. So there isn’t room for friends to visit. No overnight guests will be allowed. No drugs or alcohol allowed.
