I am renting an 830 square foot apartment, two bed one bath in PA Place. Common areas include a full kitchen, living room, and bathroom. You would have your own bedroom. The place will be completely furnished and utilities include water and gas. Electricity, Wifi, and heat will be split amount all of the roomies. An additional apartment application (with fee) through PA Place is required before move-in. Parking is available for an additional $150-$175 a month.

I am a 19-year-old full-time student going to Harrisburg University for a biology major. I identify as a cis-gender gay woman and live with my cat and bird. I love animals and would describe myself as being semi-neat. Too much clutter bothers me but I am not too strict. I normally keep the temperature around 72 degrees. I would love to be friends with whoever my new roomie is!
