South Union Avenue

The house is the first floor and basement of the building, along with garage access and a washer and dryer down stairs. There is a well sized fenced in back yard as well as a cover front patio. There is a spacious 2 part living room along with a full kitchen with washing machine, microwave and stove top/oven. The property is right off Union Ave, a short walk down to Mt. Union College and and even shorter one to the castle. The house is mostly unfurnished so I am open to any and all décor or furnishings you may want to add. The location is month to month with a potential for rent to lower after the first few months and is a rather low key spot, not a real party spot although noise complaints aren’t really an issue if your feel like jammin or having people over. Common areas are tidy and communally maintained. I don’t see a big need for lists and chore charts, just a cleaning day once a week as a team and such, keeps spirits up.

Upstairs neighbor keeps to herself and is rather quiet. There is a fur baby on premises and she is all love and friendship, good with children, adults and all other animals. Plenty of parking space out front and a mud room in the back. Centralized heat although I'd recommend a space heater, old house is drafty. Plenty of space downstairs for storage if you have a storage unit you'd like to clear out. 4/20 and pet friendly

I am a 29 year old cultured dude with a dog. I keep mostly to myself although I am a social bug and love to cook for people if your hungry. I am a gamer and a grower although my interests and knowledge cover a broad spectrum. I do tend to be up late and may make some noise, but I can be accommodating. My social skills are probably my strongest point, I like people and I am not one for drama or arguments.

Communication is key in situations like these and I have had a broad spectrum of such experiences. I am a rather direct person, though fairly tactful and am open to feedback and criticisms myself. Currently I am dealing with some compounding health issues that have made it harder to maintain my life style. As I am seeking the medical aid I need I am looking for roommate to help keep me socially engaged (I tend to recluse if left alone) and keep my doggo company while I'm in hospital if need be, as well as help with some of the financial costs.
