Urgent: looking for roommate

Hello!! Me and roommate are looking for a roommate to move into a 4 bedroom with us in early August. We already put a holding payment down and if everything goes to plan we will be signing the lease by April 30th! It will be me (Jenna, 19), my roommate (Rachael, 19), and our friend who is currently attending UW (Betty, 18).

The rental is the bottom part of a split level house featuring; 4 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath, living room, private kitchen, and a laundry room shared with the unit above. There are doors that separate the top and bottom units for privacy!

The rental is a 4 minute drive from University of Washington!

We are cool kids (lol)… we have been friends for a verryyy long time and want a roommate that would be into like hanging out as a group, watch tv together and stuff. Hoping for a no awkward tension environment lol! We would love to meet up if possible to get to know each other before lease-signing day!
