My roommate and I have been renting a three bedroom townhouse for two years now. Our other roommate got a new job out of state, so she’s not renewing. We are looking for a third roommate who would be willing to stay for the ENTIRE duration of the original lease - ending May 2025. Ignore the messiness of the basement - she’s in the process of packing and moving out.

Master is taken and other upstairs bedroom is taken. Pictures of those are not included. Our previous roommate used the finished basement as her bedroom. It is very spacious. There is a lot of space for clothes/storage. The two closets are pictured. The only thing is there is no door going downstairs, and the laundry room is in the basement.

There is a powder room on the first floor. You would share the upstairs hall bathroom with our other roommate. We will all share the rest of the house.

Monthly utilities include: trash collection, internet, water, and electric (split in 1/3s). There is a washer and dryer in the basement for us all to use. Plus, with the extra space in the laundry room, we made a small workout area. We also have a nice back porch with a grill. The townhouse has two parking spots, but there is plenty of overflow parking nearby.

Looking for someone preferably around our ages. Roommate compatibility is a MUST!!!! We expect you to be DRAMA-FREE, respectful, personable, and tidy. You must be reliable and able to equally contribute to the house/bills. We’d like to sit down and meet with you in public, before we walk you through our house - for obvious privacy & safety reasons.

Nonnegotiable: Since we already have two dogs, we are NOT allowing anymore pets in the house. No couples. No children. No rambunctious party animals.

My roommate and I are both females (25 & 33). I work two jobs, so I’m very busy - planning on going back to school soon. My roommate works for the department of labor for the state. While I’m pretty chill and more of a homebody, my roommate is on the crazier/wild side and is hardly ever home. The two of us enjoy hanging out, getting dinner & drinks, and just chilling together, so we hope you’d join us as well. Although we do enjoy going out and drinking occasionally, we do not want a party house - we enjoy our peace and quiet. We both like to keep things clean and orderly and would expect the same from you. Again, we do have two small friendly dogs. Your willingness to help out with them would be a huge plus 😜
