About the place: Piney Green less than 10 mins away from the gate off the 24… newer home in a relatively new neighborhood. It’s a month-to-month lease. This bachelor pad is for singles only.

First, this is potentially the best choice. 😌 You will have extremely fast 1 gigabyte per second mesh Wi-Fi, privacy, and a peaceful place to unwind. It’s a shoes-off home and no pets. The beds have memory foam mattresses. The entire home is equipped with Graber automated blinds. Everything is included in the rent so you can just relax and focus on your goals. A big plus is that there isn’t a lot of extra stuff going on here so it’s very peaceful.

You will get an assigned space in the spacious driveway. You’ll never have to worry about blocking anyone or the inconvenience of having to move your vehicle to let someone out.

There is a Ring Pro spotlight camera that covers the driveway; which should give you extra peace of mind. This is also a very safe neighborhood… with several law enforcement officers and many active duty military personnel.

If you keep things simple, clean, and minimalist, this will be a good place for you. I’m easy to communicate with and I strive to find tenants that are the same. Good vibes are everything. You will definitely have your space as well (introverts, extroverts, or anything in between are welcome). Good hygienic practices are also important; as this is a shared space and it’s just good to consistently practice those regardless. Also worth mentioning: There are 2.5 bathrooms but I listed 3 – as the 1/2 bath located downstairs is a lavatory (so you’ll never have to “hold it”).

About me: I’m a fitness and health conscious (plant-based lifestyle) guy that loves nature. I’m also into bodybuilding, cars, gaming, mountain biking, running, and a lot more. I served from 2009-2017 and got out honorably after my second deployment to Afghanistan.

Short term is perfectly okay as most of my former tenants PCS’d here and/or were geo-bachelors. If the move-in date falls on a date other than the 1st, the prorated amount will be calculated.

Once the available room(s) is/are secured, this listing will be deactivated. The 12-month maximum stay can be extended (but it will be the default maximum on this month-to-month lease).

Overall, I’ve had good, all-American, fitness-loving, and career-oriented roommates that were awesome (and we are still in touch with each other).
