Two rooms available in Aurora on Walden Way zip code 80017 (will send address if you would like to view it) . The smaller room is $850 with private bath located outside of the room. The master bedroom w ensuite bath is $1000 all utilities included with both prices. I will take whatever room you don’t want. Female roomate preferred (open to couples) Parking is available just outside of the home. If you would like to use the garage we could work something out.
