2 bed 2 bath condo located near Southcenter Blvd. close to lots of restaurants and shopping district. Quick drive to Renton or Burien, and 20 minute drive from downtown Seattle. It’s a quiet neighborhood here, doesn’t seem to be any homeless lurking around the parking lot which is really cool!

I’m Jimmy. I’m a 30 year old male who works full time on a 9-5 type schedule and I’m often on the road. I see live music often and play my records a lot at home. I party but I don’t bring it home. A lot of the neighbors are older and they won’t put up with big parties here. Just throwing that out there. I’m a very music friendly household and 420 friendly, it’s a must if we are going to live together that my roommate is okay with weed. I go camping a lot in the summer time and I like to get out of the city when I can. I’m pretty reasonable, I just want a clean roommate who doesn’t bring bad vibes or drama into my home.
