Looking for 1 good platonic roommate. You will have your own room and bathroom in a single family house close to downtown. The room is furnished. There is off street uncovered parking. No drugs or smoking what so ever. This is for single occupancy only. Please be mature and responsible. Looking for someone who pays their rent on time and keeps their room at least somewhat tidy. Past rental references and proof of income are required.

I am a professional woman in my forties. I work Monday through Friday during the day. You will be living with me and my six cats and three dogs. My cats and dogs stay downstairs the majority of the time so they are not in the main part of the house that much. The house is almost 3,000 square feet and has a fenced in back yard.
