Spacious room on basement level comes with full size bed with storage, plenty of wall shelving, large closet, a desk, arm chair, and mini fridge. The bathroom will be shared with one other person (currently unoccupied so the bathroom is all yours for now!). Rent includes access to washer and dryer, high speed Wi-Fi internet, and responsible usage of utilities.

Unfortunately, there’s no kitchen in the basement (yet) so the room is most suitable for someone who doesn’t cook.

Upstairs it’s me and my retired mother (she stays over for about half the time) My mom is only comfortable with female tenants. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and pleasant to walk around. You would have access to a great private park right behind the house.

UMBC, CCBC, YMCA, bus stop are all within 1 mile.

Grocery store and various shops are within 2 miles.

Easy access to 695 and 95, but we don’t get the highway noise.

Pets could be considered on case by case.

The second room in the basement is also up for rent. If you and a friend would like to rent both rooms that’d be ideal since you’d be sharing bathroom and living space with someone you already get along with.
