Salvador's room

All utilities included in rent. The property is only 15 miles North of downtown with easy access to 45. There is a community park and pool only 5 min walking distance from the house. There is an extra room on the first floor that can be converted to an office space or whatever is agreed on. The house is almost 2,000 square ft so there is a lot of space. 4 bedrooms, 2 and a half bath, garage parking. The whole house is furnished with the exception of the rooms being rented out.

There are currently two roomies. There will never be more than three at a time in the house. One works from home for the most part and stays in her room, and is quiet and nice. The other works mid shifts and is gone most of the time from the house, is friendly and polite and into video games. The house always seems to feel empty and another person would be welcome.
