Hello, I am looking to rent a room with your own bathroom. This can eventually turn into you renting the whole house for a slightly increased rate, as I plan on buying a condo in St. Pete. Please inquire for more information.

My house is central to all amenities in the surrounding area including: Downtown St. Pete - 20 mins Downtown Tampa - 25 mins Beaches - 15 mins

The neighborhood I live in is very welcoming, quiet, and safe. You will have your peace of mind, while still being close to all of the nightlife this area offers.
