East Valley Forge Avenue

I have a large home in the Valley Forge neighborhood. I would like to rent out one of the rooms. There will be a shared bathroom with a male roommate. All bills are included, internet, with a washer and dryer. I have a small gym setup that can be used if you want to. This home is conveniently located at O’conner and I 35. Which is near the Forum, easy access to 410, wurzbach parkway, and 1604. Close to Randolph air force base. Feel free to ask any questions.

For the most part, we tend to stay in our rooms. Shy of cooking or cleaning. We can be social. But usually just stay in our rooms. We are both very accommodating, and open minded. We do not judge anyone.
