Amazing panoramic ocean view from the private deck, bedroom, backyard, and the dining room table!
We are looking for a friendly, responsible person who wants to share our home. Mellow, non shedding dogs, and cool cats might be ok. No dogs that shed, large dogs, or tiny barking dogs allowed.
An upstairs bedroom with a huge private deck is available on July 1. The huge deck is like having a private yard. None of the other roomies have acces to the deck.
We are 420 friendly :-) There will be bongs out, etc. We treat cannabis the same way some folks put beer in their refrigerator. One of us likes to keep a small medical cannabis garden.
We aren’t hippies, or partiers, and we keep a clean, organized home. No drugs allowed other than cannabis or alcohol. We don’t drink but it is allowed.
We are very mellow, easy going people. One of us has a super special, amazing dog we call Bella. She is very mellow and loves everyone.
I’m a male in my 40’s. I don’t care if you’re 21 or 65, we are open minded and have friends of all ages. We’ve lived with people of all ages with no problems. Current roomies are 36, 47, and 25 years old.
Bills are included, however we don’t have cable, and don’t watch TV. If you’d like to do that, it’s ok, of course, but you’ll have to pay for cable on your own.
A washer and dryer, and a second refrigerator are located in the garage and easily accessible. No other garage access or storage is available.
