The rent for the room with a shared bathroom is $645 per month, and the rooms upstairs with a closet start at $695 per month. Utilities are included in the rent. The security deposit is refundable.
The rent for the master bedroom, which features its own bathroom, is $820 per month, and all utilities are included in the rent.

There are currently three roommates. They all passed background checks. The roommates go to work from 8 to 5 pm and you will rarely find everyone at home at the same time.
The house is managed by my property manager and handyman, Ike. He is available if there is ever an emergency.
