FEMALES ONLY The apartment has an amazing location, approximately 3 minutes from exit 41B of Pawtucket. *It has a spacious room- furnished (twin bed,closet, great lighting) *Furnished apartment with shared: Fridge, microwave, dining table and chairs, couch, TV) *Laundry room on basement of the property. -Rent doesn’t includes utility bills.- *Quiet policy (after 10pm) for peace of mind and no-fuss quality living.

You will share the apartment only with me and my cat Dalí. I’m a full-time self-employed worker. I’m looking for not just a roommate, but a friend to have mutual support. (I’m also a Spanish speaker)
