This master bedroom is located on the main floor and includes an attached bathroom (dual sink) and walk in closet. 2 windows looking out to the backyard with views of the pergola! No couples or pets. $1200 security deposit and ⅓ of utility payments required. Signed 12 month lease starting August is required but exact move in date is flexible. Serious inquiries only please.

About the House: Large house of 2,949 square feet including 4 beds and 3.5 baths. Quiet neighborhood with access to HOA pool in North FoCo 10 mins from Old Town and 14 mins from CSU. You would be sharing common spaces in the house with 2 others. Common spaces include the kitchen, living rooms X2, fenced-in backyard with pergola & grill, and main floor half bath.

About You: A professional with a job who would like to rent in a house rather than an apartment complex that has very strict lease terms. Someone who would like to share common living spaces with others, is respectful of rental property, and is capable of keeping common areas tidy. No couples allowed to be in compliance with Fort Collins tenant maximum capacity restriction of 3 unrelated people in the house. No Pets.

One roommate would be living on the upstairs floor, the other roommate would be living on the downstairs floor (basement), and you would be living on the main floor. Both roommates are existing tenants, personable people, young working professionals, and friends of the homeowner (me!).
