LOCATION: Right next to Cordova Mall, Pensacola State College, the Airport, and a number of restaurants and grocery stores. 20 minutes from Pensacola Beach and NAS. 10 minutes from Downtown.

RENT: $950/month. Includes water, electricity, and wifi. Parking available.

DETAILS: I’m renting out a single room in my 3 bed and 2 bath 2200+ sq ft house. Neighborhood is very quiet, friendly, and small. In the house we share the living room, kitchen, and back porch. There is direct access to a washer and dryer in the center of the house. We share fridge space, but the fridge is large enough to accommodate.

ROOM: A bedroom near the front of the house, with a large window (and curtains). The bathroom is a separate room in the center of the house, and is shared with me. I’ve shared it with 1 single person and a couple, and have had no problems so far! There is a bed and TV in the room already, but they can be removed if you’d prefer to use your own!

RENTAL LENGTH: minimum 1 month.

*other roommate is quiet, and chill. He works in the Navy on NAS.
