Jessica's room

I have a room available, and it can be furnished if desired. It has a double window and the room is large enough for a king size bed and desk with extra room, just for space understanding. There is a walk-in closet. The bathroom is right next to the room and it will be shared but we hardly use it. The price includes the room and utilities and fast Internet. I work from home so I am usually here but I won’t bother you. The kitchen and living room are also shared and I will ensure you have space for your food items. I do have pets so if you have allergies this may not be a good fit. I am a single mom and my girls live downstairs, they are 12 and almost 14. There is a 75 inch TV in the living room for your viewing pleasure and a dining room with eight chairs so plenty of space to eat. There is a large back yard which includes a trampoline, patio set, and a smoker\grill. We are very easy-going and there is cameras that surround the outside of the home. I will install a door knob that has a number code to enter the room so your space will be secure. The room does include a fan and we generally try to keep the house about 68 or so. I do have other children who will visit but they will stay downstairs and if you are a single parent your children are welcome as well. There will be street parking, I do have a garage but it is filled with workout equipment which you are welcome to use, my vehicle, and two deep freezers which you are welcome to store food in. The patio has lights for entertainment during the enjoyable weather time Of the year! I do ask that you are clean and respect the property. There is $800 deposit and you will be month-to-month with only asking 30 days notice prior to moving.
