Newly renovated home in East Houston (Settegast) area bordering a park with fantastic amenities.
Rooms are furnished with Queen sized beds, blackout drapes, nightstand, lamp, desk, and wall mounted TV.
The kitchen common area has all the appliances you could ever want, with a double fridge setup, oven, large microwave, coffee maker, and other amenities.
We use a service to manage the background checks and rent collection while providing tenants with additional services such as virtual doctors appointments and credit score improvement.
