The room for rent is not furnished, has a walk-in closet with a storage area in the back of it, shares a jack and jill bathroom with the other bedroom in the basement. Guests are allowed, but we do not throw parties here. Living spaces is fully furnished. The two residents staying here are both 21-year-old males that go to CSU. There is a free parking lot directly in front of the property. The base rent is $650 a month per person plus the utilities. The total cost per month comes out to be around $740.

We are both 21-year-old males who go to CSU. One of us is studying mechanical engineering, and the other is studying construction management. We are 420 friendly, and enjoy going out to the bars in old town.
