About the room
Spacious room in a 2/2 condo. The room for rent has a bathroom with a tub/shower. In unit laundry. There is a pool for our area.
Condo is located off Bayshore gardens. I believe it’s pretty centrally located! 15 min Downtown Sarasota 10 min Downtown Bradenton 20 min Lido beach 20 min Bradenton Beach 15 min UTC 5 min SRQ airport Down the road from Publix, target, Walmart and more!
Rent would be $900 a month and split water electric and internet around 80-100$ each a month
About the roomies
I work 5/6 days a week about 45/50 hours. When I’m not at work I’m usually relaxing in my room or out with friends. I like to cook and am a clean person due to OCD.
