One comfortable room for single person only–in a beautiful, updated Concord home. Room is private with a shared bathroom plus another half bath off the laundry room. Bedroom available is in the back of the house, spacious with large closet and a sliding glass door that opens to the private patio.

There is a nicely updated kitchen and spacious backyard with fruit trees and BBQ. Quiet street with ample parking. Lovely common spaces with big screen TV–streaming video service in one of two living rooms. There is a usable fireplace in other living room, with a sliding door to large backyard. Complete laundry and kitchen facilities.

Housemate 1–me, main contact in house–student and working out of house. 3 other housemates, all working professionals, out of the house 5 days a week. We all enjoy each other’s company at times, but we are respectful of one’s desire for private time.
