Unfurnished upstairs bedroom in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, shared bathrooms. Bills are divided by room and they average below $110/month. This bedroom is located at the front of the house with three windows that let in light. There is a tenant in the space currently so the pictures are about 6 months old. Lots of space in the kitchen to store dishes and cookware, and storage space in the bathroom to keep it uncluttered. There is a washer/dryer in basement and plenty of street parking. There are 2 shared living rooms. Noise does not carry very heavily in the bedrooms, but the shared living areas do to some extent. The floors upstairs are pretty creaky, especially through the upstairs living room. A couple (24nb and 30m) lives downstairs with a dog along with one other tenant (25m), sharing the one basement bathroom and 1 tenant upstairs (26m) sharing the upstairs bathroom with you. It’s about a 5 minute walk to 2 bus stops, lots of restaurants and stores near by and within walking distance. This listing is perfect for anybody moving from out of state that want to get a feel for the area, students, or full time workers!

We are all in our mid to late 20’s and everybody either works full time or is in school. A bit about each of us:

1. My name is Carolyn and I’m 25 years old, I’m currently in school full time for sociology so I’m not home very often. I enjoy engaging with my creative side and I do a lot of art on the back porch. The dog is mine, he’s a pit and his name is Atlas.
2. Steve is 30 years old and shares the basement bedroom with me. He works in tech support and enjoys video games and movies. He has a bit of a hybrid schedule so he is home some days and gone others.
3. Josh (25) shares the basement with us, he also works in tech support and is very quiet and reserved. He works from home full time. Roommate #4 works full time starting pretty early and gets home later in the day. He is quiet and clean, keeps mostly to himself but is very friendly.
4. Atlas: 1.5 year old pit bull, very shy but super friendly once you get to know him! We all get along really well and we don’t get in each others business. We keep things clean and friendly and we hope you’ll be a great fit!
